Molly’s Sister

Two years ago when Wen visited Molly’s breeder to check out three wheaten female Scottie puppies, Sophie was the most sociable puppy, her sister, Libbee was the sweet puppy, and her other sister, Daisy was the shy puppy.

When we left the breeder’s house with Sophie, who was now named “Molly,” we never dreamed that we would have any contact with the other two pups.

One day last week, Wen was scanning Facebook posts and she came upon a photo of Molly’s sister, Libbee.  Her owner had sent the photo to the breeder who is one of Wen’s friends on Facebook, so the photo had popped up on Wen’s page also.

It was such a nice surprise to see a picture of Molly’s sister two years later and Wen decided to send a photo of Molly to Libbee’s owner, who replied back that they were almost identical!

Now we know where Libbee lives and that she is doing well.  There is nothing like having a little unexpected family moment.  Maybe some day, with any luck, we’ll find out about their other sister, Daisy………
