We seem to have a nuisance in our backyard. There’s a big squirrel that appears periodically and he likes to run across the top of our wood fence and taunt us Scotties. He jumps from the fence up onto tree branches and sits there and chatters at us. Then he jumps back onto the fence and runs back and forth.
Sunny gets so riled up that she jumps up and down and shrieks like a banshee. She is the most accomplished hunter of our crew and she would love to get her jaws on that pesky squirrel.
The chances are extremely slim that the squirrel will ever slip off the fence and fall into our yard, but we are optimistic that it could happen and if it ever does, that noisy intruder will be in some serious trouble!
