Just when we’re getting used to having sunny days again, BOOM, there was a hailstorm yesterday afternoon. You could hear the “pings” as the hail hit our roof, windows, and deck so naturally, I had to look and see what was going on out there.
Luckily, we only had pea-sized hail in our part of town, but they still had a loud pop when they hit and all three of us Scotties had a moment of confusion.
The hail started coming down in the middle of a thunderstorm and by the time we went outside, it had all disappeared, but we were still able to get nice and wet from exploring the soggy backyard and make a mess when we came back in.
“Wet cleanup needed by the back door!”
