Getting in Trouble

I don’t like to get in trouble.  When Wen yells at me for doing something I shouldn’t, my ears go down and I tend to sulk.

There is only one thing that I do that gets me in trouble every time and that is when I dig holes in our backyard.  Being a terrier and quite skilled at hole digging, I am fast and I can dig a good one in mere seconds.  This creates an ugly bare spot in Wen’s precious grass that she is always repairing because of my digging and it really seems to irk her.

She doesn’t always catch me in the act, but maybe my guilty face gives me away after the fact and either way, I get in trouble.  As you recall, I don’t like getting in trouble.  I’m Wen’s best boy and I don’t like having my best boy image tarnished because I have one bad habit that’s basically an instinctive behavior for a Scottie.

Okay, okay, maybe I have one other inappropriate behavior that gets me in trouble and that causes Wen to go outside with us Scotties every time so that she can try to prevent me from doing it.  To be delicate, I may sometimes try to eat a Tootsie Roll or two if they’re fresh and those snack attacks really get me in trouble!  What can I say?  Wen’s best boy has a couple of not so lovely habits and getting in trouble does not seem to deter me from doing them!  SORRY!!!

Oops, I did it again!
