What happened to Summer? It seems as though we weren’t paying attention and all of a sudden, Fall sneaked in.
Our next door neighbor’s huge tree apparently got mixed up and started dropping leaves in July, so Wen has already been raking in our backyard for two months. We Scotties like to wait until she has raked up a neat pile of leaves and then we run right through it and mess it up. (That’s the Scottie version of helping with yard work.) In about a month, there will be tons of leaves and we will be able to “help” even more and have lots of fun.
