I love to relax on the living room couch. It is my utmost favorite place in the house to hang out (with the love seat coming in a close second). The couch can actually accommodate all three of us Scotties at once and there are plenty of pillows for us to rest our heads on.
Since we are not allowed on any beds (other than dog beds), we have taken up residency on the couch and the love seat because obviously, they are way more comfortable than the floor!
Thank goodness for the people who invented those quilted couch protector blankets or at this very moment, I would be relaxing and snoozing on the floor instead of occupying my favorite spot on my favorite piece of furniture.
Couch protector inventors, I salute you!!!
