Ever since Wen saw the movie, “Romancing the Stone,” back in the eighties, she has remembered the scenes where hungry crocodiles lunged up out of the water with their snapping jaws of death.
It is a tradition for all the MacDuffs to snap up treats in midair when they are tossed to them and Wen has referred to all of us as “nice little snappers” because we remind her of those crocodiles or “snappers,” as they were called in the movie.
We love our treats so much that we will line up and sit at attention if we hear the Milkbone box rattle because we know what’s coming up. If I may say so, we are expert little “snappers” and I think it’s time to practice our skills right now, so bring on the treats!!!
