Isn’t it interesting how a puppy can get away with all kinds of stuff just because they’re cute?! They get in trouble and give you that “oh, did I do that” face and whatever they did just doesn’t seem so bad after all.
Here are some typical examples:
“Did I just chew on the chair leg?” (Adorable!)
“Did I eat a corner off the living room rug?” (So sweet!)
“Was that my huge pile of poop in the hall?” (Precious!)
“Did I pull all of the toilet paper off the roll?” (Come here and get a hug!).
Let’s face it, puppies are really cute and they have an unfair advantage over us adult dogs when they commit an “oops” because they are young and innocent. Sadie, the puppy, however, is quickly learning that even though she is little and cute with her “oh, did I do that” face, she will still get in trouble, just like the rest of us. Ha!
