After our Colorado blizzard conditions ended, the sun finally came out today and it was time for us Scotties to explore the big drifts in the backyard. We definitely made tracks out there, plowing and tearing around and when Sadie, the puppy, jumped into a big pile of snow, she flailed around and almost got stuck. (We quickly came to her rescue though and she was immediately back to racing around.)
Zipping around making paths through the snow was lots of fun, but soaking up warmth from the fireplace and snoozing on the couch afterward was nice too. A morning of making tracks and naps was just about perfect.
