We seem to be obsessed with canine dental health around here. Somebody likes to brush our teeth as often as possible (practically every day) and if somebody thinks that she smells “doggie breath,” here comes the toothbrush!
Since somebody has been a vet tech for half of her life, she knows to use dog toothpaste rather than human toothpaste and whether we like it or not, our teeth get a thorough brushing.
Sunny has had a few professional dental cleanings under anesthesia in conjunction with other surgeries and Wen is trying to help reduce the need for these in the future. After all, we do like to flash our pearly whites and we certainly don’t want to lose any of them!
