Years ago, when Corky was a little puppy, she lived to torment her big brother, Duffy. She would tease and taunt him until he would chase her around the house and when she was very tiny, she would dive into tight spots under the furniture with Duffy following her and klunking his head on the furniture. Fortunately, this behavior stopped when Corky grew bigger or poor Duffy would have ended up with a concussion!
Years later when Corky was an older Scottie and little Kirby puppy came along, the tables were turned and it was Corky’s turn to be tormented. She was really fortunate though, because Kirby didn’t have a mischievous streak like she did. He just followed her around and wanted to play, but didn’t get in her face too often, because she was obviously the boss!
It seems as though everybody has their turn at being the tormentor and the tormentee, because what goes around comes around. Right now, lucky Sunny, who wouldn’t leave Kirby alone, has to put up with both Molly and me, but she gets a break, because Molly and I are the same age and we are usually occupied tormenting each other just fine!
